Great remote access utility

What do you like best? It's a very reliable remote access software. I've tried other applications before and none have been as reliable as Take Control. Connecting is fast and smooth. What do you dislike? Sometimes when rebooting a system it can take sometime to reconnect. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able to connect to my customers computers and have them demonstrate exactly what isnt working for them.

Take Control is Great!

What do you like best? Take control is very robust. It has a shell interface and it has FTP built right in. It's very nice. What do you dislike? If we could implement a full screen feature that spans across the entire monitor. That would be great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sometimes there are slowness with a few customers. But I don't think these are issues with take control more with their environment.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it to connect to everything and also as a backup to the agent.

Solid Product! No Complaints

What do you like best? The ease of use of Take Control has always been my choice of accessing my orgs clients. We like the security features, ability to disable peripherals on end user's machine, etc. In my experience, it has been incredibly reliable and stable. What do you dislike? I don't have any specific downsides to mention for Take Control. It is one of the most solid products I think SW has to offer. What problems are you solving with the product? Fast remote access utility

What do you like best? It connects extremely fast. I also like the file transfer capability. What do you dislike? Sometimes it causes serious resources issues on the machine you are connecting to. We have yet to find a rhyme or reason as to the machines it chooses. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows us to service clients quickly, whether they have an agent with N-Central, or if we are utilizing the standalone client and they ...
