Works as advertised

What do you like best? I enjoy the small footprint of the program. What do you dislike? It is difficult to re-open if you minimize it. You have to actually launch it from the system tray as opposed to the taskbar, even if it is already running in the background. Very odd, but I work around it. Used to Be Affordable

What do you like best? When this software belonged to a little company called BeAnywhere it was everything that an independent IT person wanted. You could call and talk to a person in techsupport and the software was very affordable even in it's enterprise function. What do you dislike? Since it's acquisition by the conglomerate, greedy and overpriced MSP the software has doubled in price, you have to sign contracts and the company is difficult to communicate with. What do you like best? Its relatively easy to remote into clients computers with MSP anywhere What do you dislike?
