Great Product

What do you like best? I have used MSP Anywhere at my last two companies and I love it. It makes connecting to client computers so seamless that anyone could do. No more fumbling around for 20 minutes to get connected to a user to troubleshoot their issues. What do you dislike? The only issue is the updates that you have to do but don't have notice before you try connecting to the customer. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quicker ...

MSP Anywhere

What do you like best? The product consistently connects to end users and works great via attended or unattended. What do you dislike? It seems the OSX Viewer is a bit more buggy then the PC version. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows us to remotely connect and take care of our customers no matter where we are.

Attended support

What do you like best? We use MSP Anywhere as a backup for N-Central's MSP Connect and we like how we can quickly connect to a client's machine to troubleshoot their issue. We can also install on servers ahead of time for unattended support. What do you dislike? The administration side is a little cumbersome and I can no longer reset my tech's passwords. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When our primary remote support tool is not ...

MSP Anywhere is a very adaptable remote access tool

What do you like best? I like the fact that it uses the same ssl connection used by the n-able agent, offers multiple options for connections and offers remote file transfer options. What do you dislike? I don't care for the necessity of installing a service that runs in the background on my laptop when not actively in use. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It provides a reliable and very usable remote access solution for managing ...

Integrations

What do you like best? I like the integration with NCentral, I think the availability on essentials licenses is very beneficial What do you dislike? I don't like the fact that the standalone version and the NCentral version uses different clients I don't like the pricing model per technician, i would prefer a model per active sessions What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Replacing Teamviewer

Good Remote Control Product

What do you like best? Ease of use, fast connection, and good command line and system info features. What do you dislike? User management is somewhat clunky, but it's not terrible. Recommendations to others considering the product LMI, Bomgar, and others offer similar functionality at greater cost. I would highly suggest testing this product along with other products offered by Solarwinds like MSP Backup. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Solid performance, subpar interface

What do you like best? Once connected to the user workstation, the performance of the product is very good, and it gives a good amount of detail of the user's system. What do you dislike? The interface is text-heavy and not the easiest to use. In particular the file transfer abilities and monitor switching process is clumsy. Recommendations to others considering the product Prepare for a little bit of a learning curve with the interface What business problems are you solving with the ...

Simple to use support platform

What do you like best? It's a quick and effective method to gain access to a users PC to provide support and a great way to monitor incoming requests. What do you dislike?
