What do you like best? We've called on Solarwinds MSP Backup repeatedly over the years to save the day, it has never failed us. What do you dislike? We currently use the bundled solution with our RMM and that tie in creates simplicity but also risk in user removal. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simply protecting systems as long as they are connected to a network.

Extremely Satisfied with SolarWinds MSP Backup

What do you like best? The cloud backup feature has saved our company a significant amount of time troubleshooting failed backups. When using a local only backup solution we were constantly spending time contacting clients to remind them to plug in a USB drive or bring a laptop to the office to backup to a NAS. What do you like best? It's ability to back up a disparate set of resources. What do you dislike? Somewhat slow to directly connect to a system. Recommendations to others considering the product Seeding data may be difficult, What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Fills a gap in current backup solutions, competing directly with Datto for smaller, single host environments.

What do you like best? The ease of use, storage and recovery. The interface is outstanding. What do you dislike? I miss the old Cloud Management console. Fast and Simple

What do you like best? The backups are fast and the deduplication works very well. I have very little effort required to set up workstations or servers and maintaining is fast. What do you dislike? At time the errors can be a bit cryptic however the support team is quick to respond. Most errors are related to network problems and not with MSP Backup itself. What do you like best? I enjoy that solar winds does not eat bandwidth like other backups do. It was easy to set up and easy to maintain. I have no complaints about Solarwinds What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike about Solarwinds. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving the issues that we had with not having proper backups.

What do you like best? I appreciate that it allows us to backup multiple clients into a single pane of glass. I also appreciate that there is no need for a dedicated server onsite.
