Great Backup Product

What do you like best? Very simple to install, configure and deploy. Every time we've needed to restore from it, it's been very quick and easy to restore. What do you dislike? Still an evolving product so some features are still waiting to be introduced. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Used as our "Go-to" standard backup product. Great pricing and great functionality.

Cheap and Easy

What do you like best? Very quick to setup on a new client. Has options for local storage of the backup, bandwidth limiting, and seeding. It may be specific to certain routers/internet providers but it kills ATT Uverse. Not just the fact that it uses up all the bandwidth, it actually overwhelms the connection and makes it almost unusable. I've seen this same ...

Happy with Backups

What do you like best? I like the reliability of Solarwinds Backup. Easy to set up and works reliably. Very efficient on incremental uploads even on lower bandwidth connections. What do you dislike? I don't like the fact that you cannot do granular Exchange recoveries without disabling circular logging. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Single pane of glass for managing all of our customers' backups.

Decent Offering Lacking Features

What do you like best? I like that the product allows direct to cloud full image backups with intra-daily options with the ability to have a local copy as well. What do you dislike? 1. That there is not a local only option for the software. 2. That the Documents feature is locked at 28 day retention and doesn't allow for Quickbooks or Quicken DB files 3. The O365 offering is nearly as expensive as Datto's Backupify but only covers deleted items where as Backupify covers all items ...
