What do you like best? Easy to use. The recovery options are fantastic and easy to use. You can restore a single file or entire system state quick and easily. What do you dislike? Easy setup and great offsite.
What do you like best? The interface is user friendly and great content. What do you dislike? The speed of connection is the key, and on slow networks the refresh is painful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used it for solving our offsite issues.

What do you like best? Easy to manage, extensive KB, easy access to support, rarely fails, very compatible.
