What do you like best? Solarwinds backup enables us to quickly and easily add servers and critical workstations to our backup library. The daily backups ensure that we can recover to at least the prior business day if there is any form of data loss whether it be a single file or an entire workstation or server that might have been affected by ransomware or other less-than-extinction level event. What do you like best? The best feature of this product is its ability to allow a backup to be restored to bare metal, and to disparate hardware or Virtual machine if needed. What do you like best? Setup and configuration is very easy. The capabilities are very powerful. What do you dislike? The integrated version in N-Central lacks features like linux backup. Effective on PC, Could use work for Mac

What do you like best? I enjoy how quickly the backup service can be spun up on a machine. It works flawlessly on PC, and can be configured in such a way that it does not affect the end-user experience at all. The ability to limit the bandwidth usage on a per machine basis really helps to keep the end-user experience running smoothly depending on the IT infrastructure of the client. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ability to do an off-net backup to prevent corruption by an ransomware. Inexpensive for what it offer What do you dislike? Web interface need more work. No useful reporting. What do you like best? We really enjoyed using the backup solution, its easy to use, monitors backups, and is a huge benefit for our clients. We had to stop using it because of restrictions from our clients based on their needs, but we do enjoy the service. What do you dislike?
