What do you like best? The ease of setup and the ability to restore full images or select files/folders. What do you dislike? Stand alone version - The lack of integration with PSA or NCentral for good ticketing and/or 2-way communication. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solarwinds backup has given us peace of mind with regard to protecting our customers/partners data.

Very robust interface, and it just works

What do you like best? Easy to manage, extensive KB, easy access to support, rarely fails, very compatible. What do you dislike? a bit overwhelming for some servers, lacking a bit with the reporting side, sometimes the system backup fail is due to issues not related to the OS itself (external USB drive connected and not working) What problems are you solving with the product? Easy setup and great offsite.

What do you like best? The interface is user friendly and great content. What do you dislike? The speed of connection is the key, and on slow networks the refresh is painful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used it for solving our offsite issues.

Parting ways from a great platform because of client needs

What do you like best? We really enjoyed using the backup solution, its easy to use, monitors backups, and is a huge benefit for our clients. We had to stop using it because of restrictions from our clients based on their needs, but we do enjoy the service. What do you dislike? We required an onpremises device that could spin up images which we believe wasnt a solution through SW Backup. The solution is great, it just didn't fit our needs at the time. Effective on PC, Could use work for Mac

What do you like best? I enjoy how quickly the backup service can be spun up on a machine. It works flawlessly on PC, and can be configured in such a way that it does not affect the end-user experience at all. The ability to limit the bandwidth usage on a per machine basis really helps to keep the end-user experience running smoothly depending on the IT infrastructure of the client. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy to use. The recovery options are fantastic and easy to use. You can restore a single file or entire system state quick and easily. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The best feature of this product is its ability to allow a backup to be restored to bare metal, and to disparate hardware or Virtual machine if needed.
