Very good backup product
What do you like best? I like that it actually works well and integrates into N-Central. Alerting and reporting appears accurate. What do you dislike? I wish I could use this technology to virtualize a machine on site in the event of a hardware outage. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My backups used to be hit and miss. Now I never have to worry about reliability.

Easy to implement and good margins
What do you like best? We like the fact that it is so easy to deploy and the costs are extremely reasonable. Fully 20% of our clients use this product for their backups for both workstations and servers What do you dislike? We are finding it difficult to diagnose issues related to not being able to VM it during a restore but we are currently working with support to diagnose. Recommendations to others considering the product: Always implement a local hard drive (we create them and ...

Great Backup, Steep Price
What do you like best? SW makes it incredibly simple to backup servers and workstations. Compared to other backup solutions that my org has used, there's no drama, no sort of "backup anxiety". It is the most hands off process that I've seen when it comes to backup. What do you dislike? Of course, with the quality and ease of use with SolarWinds Backup comes a fairly high price. Compared to other vendors, it is hard to justify this price to our clients. We would love to use SolarWinds ...

Backup is useful and important
What do you like best? I like that its able to be managed in the same dashboard. I also like how easy it is to implement it on workstations. A third thing I like is the recovery process it works well and it pulls the required data. I also like the backup verification aspect in the dashboard. What do you dislike? I dislike how long it takes to pull a backup. I also dislike the limit on data. several of our clients have several Terabytes of data and it requires a different backup ...

Easy to Use and a solution you can trust
What do you like best? Pricing, ease of use, reliability and capability. What do you dislike? No on premise (but we have an alternative solution for that so it's a moot point) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Desktop Backup, Full Cloud dependence, cost barriers removed.

Good potential but still in need of some features
What do you like best? Dashboard is easy to read. Process by which backups are built makes it easy to do single item restoration and rollbacks. What do you dislike? Testing full system restores can be a pain. Whenever a backup is failing it requires fairly extensive research to determine the fix. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Providing a great service to our customers and increasing the value of our offerings.
