Complete backup package with cloud storage.
What do you like best? RMM integration, good storage capacity, local backup vault. What do you dislike? Not all functionality from stand alone product available in RMM yet. Easier to schedule multiple backup times. Continuous backup not available. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Remote worker backups. Heavy traveller backups. Satellite office backups in one central location.

Backup Magic
What do you like best? Ease of use for sure. Their backup solution is rock solid--it just works. A lot of the competition just cannot say that as easily. Being in sales I realize that offering solutions that are easy to use for my client is paramount. I feel that I have that offering in the SolarWinds Backup product. What do you dislike? Costs. There are times where the cost of the service is a barrier for clients. We really need to double down on value at this point, but it usually ...

Easy backup to deploy and manage
What do you like best? Backup is super easy to deploy and manage. It is 10x easier to administer than our datto clients. What do you dislike? The reporting and API is not the best. I would like to see better reporting feature built out in the future. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Backups are critical to our customers and work well in situations where a full onsite DR solution is not required.

It was easy!
What do you like best? So far our experience with using Solarwinds Backup has been a breeze, from implementation to recovering/restoring from a ransomware attack. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything I dislike personally. The only thing I know that I know is an issue interally for us is training our engineers. While onsite during a ransomware attack our guys had to use KBI articles to figure things out. Good thing is it was simple and we were able to get our customer back up ...

Easy to use and works well
What do you like best? SolarWinds Backup is easy to use, easy to deploy, is cost effective and works well for us and our clients. What do you dislike? Honestly, we haven’t run into any major issues that I would consider reporting. It doesn’t have a full on premise BDR, which we have another product for, but that is also considerably more expensive. For the uses cases that don’t require that, this works great. Recommendations to others considering the product: SolarWinds Backup ...

Cloud Backup Magic
What do you like best? I love the ability to backup to the cloud but also have a local copy of the data with speedvault! The platform is easy to use and setup. What do you dislike? Setting up new customer profiles is cumbersome and can be difficult to tweak. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Setting up access for our customers doesn't seem straight forward.
