Great product

What do you like best? Easy to set up. Easy to monitor. Backups and restores both work very well What do you dislike? Support is a little slow in helping solve issues What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cloud backup is very easy. Local storage vault is a very good bonus

Used it for about 2 years before moving away

What do you like best? Simple to use, easy set up , configuration, quick to get a support rep when needed. As far as restoring files, works great. What do you dislike? When it came to DR and I had a client down because of a hardware failure, being told the backup jobs for the last week are corrupt so you will end up losing some data. Restoring Windows desktops pretty much the same thing. Its easier to rebuild Windows, then restore data rather than restore the full backup within a ...

One stop shop for backups

What do you like best? A single pane of glass to view all backup jobs for all customers/devices. What do you dislike? I wish we could choose not to have cloud backups for customers that are on low speed links. Recommendations to others considering the product If you are coming off of ShadowProtect, the learning curve might be a little high since some of the concepts are different. But it's pretty quick. What do you like best? Reliability and great support are biggest advantage. Competitive pricing is the icing on top. What do you dislike? We have had small issues with local backup copies becoming synchronized but support is available to help and this issue may be already resolved. What do you like best? Visibility on dashboard. Can see times and values on backups What do you dislike? Pricing needs further clarification. Not really sure what and why to use which product for what application Recommendations to others considering the product Get proper techniocal support and pricing before implimenting What business problems are you solving with the product? SolarWinds Backup has Been a Lifesaver

What do you like best? It is truly a "single pane of glass". It is feature rich without 'nickel and diming' you to death. It allows White Label Branding. Remote Administration has great functionality and is easy to take in a quick glance. Support is stellar, they provide most everything you need to rollout successfully and response time on inquiries is within a day or two for general issues and instantly for an emergency. Very convenient backup option

What do you like best? The convenience is the best feature. If you already have SolarWinds MSP products, it takes a mouse click to enable the feature. The price is also competitive. What do you dislike? There isn't much to complain about. Lower costs would be nice but we have been able to sell it at a profit. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Full image backups of critical computers.

Excellent Company

What do you like best? This is hard to answer. The product is great, goes in easily and just works. Very few tech calls. The people are wonderful, always willing to help. Pricing is more than fair and the Company is flexible. What do you dislike? Would be nice, but not required, if RMM was built into the BU.
