Backup that just WORKS.

What do you like best? Being able to manage multiple backups at once, also the new reporting by email. Now I get 1 email for only fail backups for the ones I manage. Backup I can use

What do you like best? The detailed information provided in the report. What do you dislike? I have issues with the implementation. Also issues with active monitoring. Effective system!

What do you like best? The in file delta technology used is very efficient. Once the first initial backup is done, backups from then on are only done to new or changed files. This keeps the load on the isp and computer low. What do you dislike? I enjoy this backup system, the only issue is not having the ability to grab files from the GUI on other devices. What do you like best? Its easy to use, and just works. And its all from one window. What do you dislike? some of the features do suck a little. The VDR is very rubbish. MSP Backup Option

What do you like best? Once configured usually just works. Like that can select file, sql, etc with just a quick click. What do you dislike? Cost-per-GB can make large cost with large datasets. Fairly difficult UI but otherwise good tool

What do you like best? Strong backup engine, no issues in over 2 years of implementation with clients What do you dislike? UI is clunky and non-intuitive. Also unable to easily log in to administrative console. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Providing clients with backups that don't require much interaction as a managed option, leading to some easy revenue.
