Great backup solution that saves us time and makes us money

What do you like best? Easily see backup status. The dashboard saves us tons of time compared to checking email notifications. I like that we can set the encryption key. It is very convenient that we can remotely modify the backup without involving the end user. What do you dislike? Some of the terms are ambiguous. Backup can report as passed when it went to local storage only. There is not very good options for reporting backup operations to managers / CIO/ etc Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best? Ease of installation, ease of review for successful and failed backups. What do you dislike? Notification setup could be a little easier. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Laptops/workstations that need a backup solution even when away from the office. Useful for servers which are not compatible with other backup solutions requiring a client.
