The best overall backup solution we have found so far.

What do you like best? It is software as a service (no vendor hardware lock in and very flexible from file backup to full bare metal recovery, onsite or offsite, simple and fair pricing model. What do you dislike? It still does not have a recurring backup schedule option (default gui is just once a day, but you can use remote command to help manually schedule out recurring backups. Recommendations to others considering the product Do your testing, keep it simple, start selling it and ...

Great Product, easy to use

What do you like best? Convenience with the use of the RMM tool. I like having it all in one place and not needing another tool. What do you dislike? The lack of testing or the ability to visualize a bare-metal backup to make sure it is a good backup. I wish it had more tools like the stand alone version. Recommendations to others considering the product I would give it a try, they make it easy to use. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Has lots of errors that need to be corrected regularly across multiple clients. Recommendations to others considering the product Maybe look elsewhere What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Used as a replacement for other backups.

very easy to use and the recovery of files is excellent.

What do you like best? The archiving and ease of installation. installation was very easy and simplified. The customer is able to install the product themselves with little help from the vendor. What do you dislike? not easy to perform the DR recovery. USB stick you create has not network adapters and becomes extremely frustrating. DATTO on the other hand, has a hardware unit with instant booting of images plus a web-interface with instant localized booting of an DR image!!!! You need to ...

Great management console and features, ongoing mgmt is somewhat involved

What do you like best? I like that everything is web-driven so I can check the backup statuses and connect to the local workstation's backup agent remotely. What do you dislike? It would be nice if the backup management console had the ability to push settings and profiles to clients when they are next available rather than waiting for them to be online to make changes. This can get tricky when the workforce is mobile or geographically dispersed. Recommendations to others considering ...
