What do you like best? The easy of use with connecting with our monthly customer and the constant monitoring of the system. What do you dislike? I really can't say I don't like the app but I think is has so much more that I am not using nor do I have the time to learn. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Currently we are not using the backup, but will are in the process of moving to the back-up program.

What do you like best? Once it's installed and configured, it doesn't need much at all to maintain. It's been very reliable. What do you dislike? It is slow to get started when you want to connect to a client. What do you like best? Ease of installation, ease of review for successful and failed backups. What do you dislike? Notification setup could be a little easier. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Laptops/workstations that need a backup solution even when away from the office. Useful for servers which are not compatible with other backup solutions requiring a client.

Great backup solution that saves us time and makes us money

What do you like best? Easily see backup status. The dashboard saves us tons of time compared to checking email notifications. I like that we can set the encryption key. It is very convenient that we can remotely modify the backup without involving the end user. What do you dislike? Some of the terms are ambiguous. What do you like best? Since I started 2y ago this backup software has only improved, allt you need under one roof. Easy to use. What do you dislike? The admin web interface is sometime slow.
