What do you like best? I like how simple the UI is, it is highly intuitive and easily understandable. I am very happy with the Backup service. What do you dislike? Once in a hundred backup passes I'll get an error for no file system. Besides that its pretty flawless. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
