What do you like best? I like being able to install the backup, set the parameters, and then it just works. I like being able to get a daily report for my clients showing me the status of their backup without the need to login to the portal every time. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Unfortunately, all I can say good is that at least the data is there when I need to restore. What do you dislike? Where to start the interface is abysmal and it's still a bismal even now that they've moved to a cloud based platform. It is not easy to navigate or intuitive for either Tech or client. Great, Simple Backup Solution

What do you like best? I like how simple the UI is, it is highly intuitive and easily understandable. I am very happy with the Backup service. What do you dislike? Once in a hundred backup passes I'll get an error for no file system. Besides that its pretty flawless. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like how it allows me to work on other things and not having to worry about if the backup is running or not.
