What do you like best? Consistent and reliable; rarely experience an error with VSS writers, etc. What do you dislike? Management Console could improve, particularly reporting. Great Product, easy to use

What do you like best? Convenience with the use of the RMM tool. I like having it all in one place and not needing another tool. What do you dislike? The lack of testing or the ability to visualize a bare-metal backup to make sure it is a good backup. I wish it had more tools like the stand alone version. What do you like best? It is software as a service (no vendor hardware lock in and very flexible from file backup to full bare metal recovery, onsite or offsite, simple and fair pricing model. What do you dislike? It still does not have a recurring backup schedule option (default gui is just once a day, but you can use remote command to help manually schedule out recurring backups.
