Best backup system I have used

What do you like best? It is easy to use, seamless, and just works. What do you dislike? Sometimes stops backing up requiring user intervention. Recommendations to others considering the product It's great but has a few issues. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Protecting my customers' valuable data. Prevented costly loss of data.

Effective system!

What do you like best? The in file delta technology used is very efficient. Once the first initial backup is done, backups from then on are only done to new or changed files. This keeps the load on the isp and computer low. What do you dislike? I enjoy this backup system, the only issue is not having the ability to grab files from the GUI on other devices. Fairly difficult UI but otherwise good tool

What do you like best? Strong backup engine, no issues in over 2 years of implementation with clients What do you dislike? UI is clunky and non-intuitive. Also unable to easily log in to administrative console. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Providing clients with backups that don't require much interaction as a managed option, leading to some easy revenue.

Used it for about 2 years before moving away

What do you like best? Simple to use, easy set up , configuration, quick to get a support rep when needed. As far as restoring files, works great. What do you dislike? When it came to DR and I had a client down because of a hardware failure, being told the backup jobs for the last week are corrupt so you will end up losing some data. Reliable and easy to use

What do you like best? I know the data is safe in the cloud. It's also able to DR to bare metal from either the speedvault or the cloud data. I've not had a failed restore yet. What do you dislike? No bare metal support for 2003 or 2003r2 operating systems. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Offsite backup so the client doesn't need to worry about keeping manual backups safe.
