Much better products on the market
50%-60% of Permit Sets are constantly sent back for revisions. They have no idea how to design battery backup systems. There is no way to actually talk with the design team except through app which takes almost a week to get a reply. The software itself is flawed by up to 20% off on production. Do yourself and your company a favor and steer clear of this company.
