Soda PDF is like a virus.Never goes away.

Downloaded Soda PDF. Wife ended up having a different program and now every time I turn on my computer Soda PDF sands me pop ups. Incessantly. Tired to remove it for approximately 6 months now and there are still ads. There is no easy way to find this on your computer, it does not appear in add/remove program. This is like a virus.

This is a very poor product: Ive had issues since upgrading to the Pro version, the support staff are usually helpful but it just has massive problems. ive been unable to use it several times as it keeps logging me out with unexpected errors, tells me my trial period has ended, or just crashes mid edit which means i lose hours of work. I purchased the complete soda package

I purchased the complete soda package, paid for everything, and then when I go to use it, it keeps telling me that my trial version has expired. I have reinstalled the package and it still keeps telling me that my trial version has expired. I cannot find a phone number on the website to call and do not have hours to waste emailing them and hoping that someday I might get an answer, moving back to Adobe and will never use an imitation package like this again.

As other user below, the slating reviews as below (maybe above too!) are not my experience either. Only used the website / free version but did exactly what was intended and was s-i-m-p-l-e-s to use. I'm gonna take a poke at some of the slaters - ppl, if you take a "free" trial and forget to unsubscribe before billing kicks in, sorry you ain't being scammed. Good software needs good money, "free" stuff is usually bound to advertising. Can't have your cake and eat it.

Drives me mad with daily adverts (more than one) to buy products I've already bought. If you're reading this Soda PDF people - I don't pay through the nose for software to have adverts pushed in my face 24/7. Never again, stay away from these scammers.

Scammed. Same company. Different names. Confusing. Two-years! Sneaky charging for extras for incompatible software I tried to cancel the same day I received it, ignored my complaints, unanswered messages, told I would be refunded, told they sent me emails (NO) and that I didn't respond so they closed my case -- or that I called them 2 days too late and so their policy means I don't get refunded. I also got SCAMMED! They are deceitful and you can’t get your refund. I missed the email by a few days that by default automatically renews without a response. I tried to get the refund through customer service. What a joke. The responses were wait for the resolution and then your case is closed because you didn’t respond within a certain time period! DO NOT purchase this product.
