I got a very nice experience with SODA…
I got a very nice experience with SODA PDF.Got my problem to sign in, a chat helper did good job to make it works, and I did not wait for a helper when got on the chat line.

I received a message from Lulu…
I received a message from Lulu software asking to renew my licence for Soda Pdf.I had some trouble to understand this message in which the link to renew did not work. I called the hotline and got immediately all necessary details and information in french langage from a very helpful lady who spent the neccessary time to listen me, understand my request and follow my actions and adviced to renew the subscription. I am very pleased with Soda pdf but it…
I am very pleased with Soda pdf but it did have one annoying feature. It would have a pop up slowly slide up from the bottom of the screen on the right. It not only did this once when you dismissed it, it popped up again 2 minutes later. The problem is now solved via the settings. Thank you Soda.

Well, I made a mistake: Instead of renewing my login for my installed version, I bought a new licence. Once I became aware of that, I contacted the service desk. Within one day, they offered my to refound my payment or to prolongate my existing licence for another 12 months. I decided to prolongate my licence. At all, my experience with the suppport was great.
