Quick response from Soda team.
I had purchased a whole new subscription after mine ran out, our emails crossed, I then saw they were offering a discount for being a customer, and the were quick to respond to my emails and get my matter resolved.

This software is a little quirky
This software is a little quirky. Even with the quirks, it is so much easier for us to use than some of the more expensive alternatives. This particular incident wasn't necessarily a software fault. We did some windows 10 updates and it corrupted the Soda software. Took a couple of attempts to remove soda and re-install. Working fine now. Sad that after decades in the marketplace, Windows still cannot do an update without resetting defaults or damaging associated software.

My life has been cut short by a fictitious virus. Stopping me from working, stopped my cash flow, and I can no longer afford the tools I need to maintain my production company. Soda gracefully pulled the plug. Thank you for understanding.
