Transfer old SODA 8 to new computer

I have the old SODA 8, it’s perfect for most PDF tasks. I bought a new computer and couldn’t figure out how to move it to the new computer. The self help guide didn’t seem to work. So I contacted support. They replied the next day with a complete explanation of what happened and links to make the move. It worked perfectly. I so happy the still support the older versions.

I like the products and have used for a number of years on multiple computers.I dislike the pop-ups advertising upgrades and asking to rate. If I wanted to those things I would do so. All these popups do is annoy me and make me look for alternative .pdf software

I had an issue where a Windows update caused a glitch in my program. Customer service agent Molly was able to help me get it working again over live support chat in a matter of minutes. She quickly identified the problem and gave me a solution right away. Quick, easy, and painless. It was probably one of the best tech support interactions I've ever had. It didn't become a headache like so many other issues with other companies/products.

I was getting a constant pop-up about my free trial of Soda PDF is over, knowing that I purchased the "Pro" version. Was hesitant to email them about my issue, because past experience, with other software groups, was not positive, but I went ahead and sent the email anyway.
