Great tool for PDF editing

Great tool for PDF editing. Have been using for the past 2 years and just renew for the new SODA 12.

A spiteful hateful evil company who just want your money

This software started to not work just around the time of renewal. They were also very sneaky and auto renewed taking £109 from my bank account. When I disputed this and explained to paypal that I had removed the software and had no intention to use sada again, and the auto renew was an error where I never noticed the uncheck box at purchase, they still ruled in this companies favour. I HATE this company.

I had to reinstall my Soda product and the antivirus that I use would not allow me to do so. Contacting Soda I received an almost immediate response. When I ran into problems with the suggested solution Soda kept working with me until the problem was solved. Impressive support for an impressive product.

Outstanding support

Molly was simply outstanding. She solved the problem I was having (which was caused by my anti virus software). She was friendly, polite and then went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was up and running. I can't thank her enough. Soda PDF exceeded my expectations with this level of customer support. THANK YOU!

Purchased under duress.

I did purchase from your version 12 but felt I was under stress to do so as as your special offer you have going kept coming up on my screen and I couldn't get rid of it. In the end I purchased it to get rid of it but it still comes up....buggah!!

I got a hold of customer support to complain about an issue I was having with my pdf reader. The customer support agent (Molly) explained that certain anti-virus programs were exhibiting false positives concerning their reader and that the program had to be added to the scan exceptions list to avoid this problem in the future. She told me how to correct the problem and it perfectly. I recommend their reader to anyone and congratulate the company on having such knowledgeable and patient agents.

Ich musste mein Programm verlängern. Dabei haben mir 2 verschiedene Damen aus der Hotline sehr geholfen. Dazu kam ich aus technischen Gründen nicht in mein Konto - trotz 8facher Änderung meines Passwortes......Als das Programm erneuert war - es kam die Bestätigung , dass der Betrag abgebucht war - fehlte aber der Link zum Runterladen.
