Incompetent support and many many bugs
I have purchased many licenses for different computers. At one point, I have been disabled by remote from SodaPDF Servers many times a week from my paid license. No one at SODAPDF was able to fix the issue. At least, they gave me new (notonline) licenses to make Soda work again, after desperating months of 3-4 times re-login a week.Now we have the issue that on the SODAPDF Pro I have the crop feature is vanished. soda 12 pdf giveaway ?..
i installed soda 12 pdf, giveaway vershion, and i saw that i couldn't save files with comments. I musted unlock this feature ! I cant understand why in a giveaway vershion happens something like this.

Trouble opening E-Sign saying it needed to be Activated
I tried to open E Sign and it indicated that It was not activated.. I looked up my account in Soda PDF 11 and it indicated that i indeed was activated. Emailed Soda PDF and they Emailed me the next day with instructions . Apparently a newer version of Soda PDF was out and I needed to up grade to Soda PDF Pro 12. After following their directions I upgraded to 12 and once I logged in it was activated. So everything is operating smooth now and I am very pleased with the response I received ...

Terrible business practices and charging policies
Paid for a full version 11. Less than a year later it is disabled forcing you to upgrade to 12. If you don't upgrade the program just closes down essentially making it unusable. No other company disables their previous versions forcing existing customers to upgrade. This is a terrible decision from the company and shows you that they only care about revenue and forcing users to pay for new versions. If you paid for a licence to use a program you should be allowed to use it.
