problem with my lizence plan

I had a problem with my lizence (i choose and buyed the wrong plan). SodaPDF fixed my problem immediately, they corrected my lizence-plan for free.For me SodaPDF was the correct desicion!

I installed the 'free' download to trial the Soda PDF reader/editor. Once installed I was constantly bombarded with spam from them. Emails, pop-ups, notifications asking me to upgrade, take time-limited trails on this and that... It was one of the most annoying and uncomfortable (online) experiences of my life. I did not get to sample the software becuase of this, so uninstalled and emailed Soda to remove all trace of my being on their systems/files. The one star is soley because the ...

The program is functional but super…

The program is functional but super confusing. I think the confusing part is somewhat intentional. The program is licensed for one year, you don't own it... Once inside the program, there are additional purchases to get what you what such as OCR. I canceled the auto-renew but they charged me anyway. I ended up showing them the email they sent confirming my cancellation. They still refused a refund until I sent a screen capture showing my expiring licenses. They promised a refund but still ...

GOOD SUPPORT, BUT ONGOING UNRESOLVED PROBLEMS

I The problem was that the Avast Antivirus software I am using recognizes Soda pdf Version 12 as a threat and blocks it. Soda support has been excellent, fast, and proactive, but the problem remains unresolved, forcing me to consider another software. Soda needs to get this issue sorted as soon as possible.
