Watch what features you really are getting

The product is better than it was. Faster to start, better interface, but really check what features you get. They are slightly weaselly with words. For example, it looks as if you can annotate on Standard, but it is very limited, with comments and stickers disabled. I have found this program to deliver consistently positive results and I can only recommend it to anyone who has a lot to do with the PDF format. I've used it a lot for conversions and loved it. I can imagine that there is no other program that offers so many possibilities.

Can't think of a better product

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Since it's web-based, I did not expect this program to have as many features as it did. Integrations with Onedrive, Google Drive, and Dropbox are available, which is a great help. I had an issue with a SODA PDF reseller who did not react to my request in respect to reinstallation of the software after a breakdown of my PC. This is the second time I have subscribed to SODA PDF, the first time in 2019 was a nightmare, it was full of bugs and the constant upgrade adverts drove me insane. Soda PDF Desktop 12 not fit for purpose

I used to be a fan of Soda PDF Desktop 11 but the so called "upgrade" to version 12 has been nothing short of a disaster. I have been plagued with one problem after another. Their support team have got me to uninstall and reinstall on numerous occasions but problems continue. I am now reverting to Adobe which is a far superior product.
