Charged Twice With No Support

I was a customer with Soda with one year.After which the program stopped working and asked me to repurchase it, which I did. However after buying a new subscription they charged me again for the old subscription. To make matters worse they have not responded to two support requests. And eve worse still my Soda PDF still does not work so I am unable to use it.

This program has a lot of excellent features that have helped me out a lot in my work, so it's really difficult for me to pick one that is the best. I paid £24 last year and didn’t know about the automatic renewal the took £69.99 this month for the same product and could not cancel the auto renewal even though I emailed them a number of times. I asked for a refund but they won’t give it to me

I asked for a refund and asked that they delete my membership or subscription after finding that their product was not useful for what I required. As they gave me a refund of $79.00. I trusted that they would delete my account. Unbeknownst to me, in April 30, 2020, they took $96.00 and this year, they again on the same date; did an automatic ...

They steal your money from your bank BEWARE!!

Similar to other persons on this site they have taken my money and the program does not work. They took the money without my permission so I am sending their details to the cyber crime division of the federal police as this is illegal in my country.

I find the SODA PDF software is…

I find the SODA PDF software is user-friendly and super efficient. On a few occasions I have resorted to customer service and I must admit that the people in place have been super nice and very efficient. The explanations I obtained were accurate and with screenshots to tell me what to do to solve my problem. So it is with enthusiasm that I recommend SODA PDF Premium with OCR. In particular, I give Audrey, a customer service specialist, a 5/5 rating.
