It's got all the features I need

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I really like that this software allows me to edit PDFs with a word processor. It's got a lot of tools that allow me to change font color and size, or add and delete text. Since it's web-based, it's also allowed me to work on the go since I can use it on multiple devices, so long as I have an internet connection. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I really like how easy converting files to PDF is when I use this software. Whether it's an image, an Excel file, a Powerpoint presentation, or a Word document, this tool can do it and I didn't even have to deal with a steep learning curve to learn how to use it. I have a problem with the product

I have a problem with the product. I called customer support and the representative told me that he will send me an email in 3 minutes to explain how to load the new version of Soda that I purchased. It is been 30 minutes and I haven´t received anything yetDoes not look like a serious support

bought a version lifetime

bought a version lifetime, but suddenly exired, no more service, Soda-PDF impossible to use! New Files only with monthly payments. This is a robbery way!

false advertising

Advertised as FREE, but ask for money right after you uploaded your documents. I really dislike deceitful advertising. Don´t use the word FREE if you´re not giving anything for free. Your right to trick people, my right to give you a bad review.

Highly recommendable

I think it's very great when you need help and get it right away. I use the program every day and am happy to recommend it.

Soda PDF 12 is a total disaster

Ever since upgrading from Soda PDF 11 to Soda PDF 12 I have been plagued with problems. These are all associated with how it displays on screen. It now interferes with other open applications and I can only close Soda PDF via Task Manager. Soda PDF Support just keep palming me off but this has been going on now for well over 1 year and it is getting worse and not better. If only they would allow me to revert to Version 11 which worked perfectly. Version 12 has been a total disaster!
