I am thoroughly pleased to report to you all that I finally accessed Soda PDF's live chat, whereby I ventilated my displeasure for having my formerly cancelled subscription automatically renewed. I was put onto a service rep named Mia, whom immediately decided to issue me a full refund (pending). I was also reassured that such automatic renewals will be discontinued. i was worried about to much details, but the service reduced the question to one point . They did not try to sell me separate licenses, but showed me a way to use my existing one to its maximum !

I had problems transferring my Soda PDF license on my new computer. I contacted the company, they reply fast and easily resolved the issue.

Update: Fully refunded and sorted, many thanks! Original: Opened ticket ID 3868290 approximately 1 week ago and to date haven't had a human reply unfortunately. I tried to cancel my subscription to SodaPDF last year on their website, before renewal. The option to cancel the subscription didn't appear to do anything but I had assumed it perhaps did something in the background and would just expire. There was no mention of a payment method in the 'control panel' on their website either, so ...
