Had a problem with crashing
Had a problem with crashing. The software became unstable. Soda PDF sent me a program uninstaller that completely removed the software and I was able to re-install Soda PDF 14. Everything runs great.

Professional and polite
Their understanding and kind offers made available to me made me feel very special. The agent was very informative and provided several options to keep my business. I was asking for a refund because I just wasn’t ready for this type of sophisticated software. Thank you.

SODApdf respects their users
The SODApdf product works pretty much as described. Every code package has a "gotcha"-or-two, but SODApdf has gotten the job done for me. After my first year of use, when I got an email asking me to purchase another year, I did so gladly. Then a few months later, I got another such email, and thinking the first renewal didn't work, I did it again. The system then opened up another account, and started billing me for two accounts.
