Professional and polite

SODApdf respects their users
The SODApdf product works pretty much as described. Every code package has a "gotcha"-or-two, but SODApdf has gotten the job done for me. After my first year of use, when I got an email asking me to purchase another year, I did so gladly. Then a few months later, I got another such email, and thinking the first renewal didn't work, I did it again. The system then opened up another account, and started billing me for two accounts.
