I have been using Adobe's software products for my PDF needs for many years, and I have been satisfied with their performance. Unfortunately, my license only allows installation on two devices, and I found myself in need of a third installation. Free Upgrade
I have a new computer, but wanted to reload Soda PDF 9 Pro + OCR (pepetual licence) but could not find link. I contacted Soda PDF via chat link and spoke to Melanie who informed me PDF 9 or 10 was no longer available and sent me a link for Soda PDF 11 + OCR. I only use it occasionally, but its the best software for me to use when I need it. Melanie was fast, efficient, professional and within 15 minutes, my Soda PDF was back up and running on its perpetual licence. 10/10 for customer service.

Had a problem with crashing
Had a problem with crashing. The software became unstable. Soda PDF sent me a program uninstaller that completely removed the software and I was able to re-install Soda PDF 14. Everything runs great.
