Expert customer service. They had a team work on the problem and they did not give up until the problem was solved. I do not believe the problem was in the software, just a strange glitch. Many companies could learn about customer service from this group of people.

My Service Experience

It's delighting when a customer is able to predict service outcomes; i was double sure about the quality of service i received irrespective of the time it took. Can we do something about the turnaround time for resolutions though...

Sympathetic and responsive customer service

My subscription renewed automatically as i had missed the email reminder in SPAM, however having explained why i didn't need the license the customer support person was very sympathetic and gave me a full refund. I actually like the Soda PDF product very much but the organisation i provide services to change to a different product hence i had to change too.
