I am a computer dud

I am a computer dud. I was completely confused and frustrated with my own lack of knowledge and know how. Calvin from customer support walked me carefully and patiently through every step... I think it took the poor fellow over an hour, but he remained the consummate gentleman. Clear, respectful and most of all patient. I am eternally grateful and my faith in humanity has been restored! Thank you Calvin, you are the BEST!
