Customer service was awesome!!
The greatest experience I received was when I encountered a problem and needed assistance. I utilized the chat although I prefer a phone call, Arthur and I was working on a solution when somehow we were disconnected and when I returned to the chat, Jade introduce herself and quickly went to work resolving the issue. Jade was excellent in her delivery of customer service and helped me with the issue in a short manner of time.

It was so amazing when I managed to merge my scholary materials for promotion where I merged 29 papers and submitted for review. It was user friendly
