"Old" customer valued - thnx
Two weeks ago I had to do a full reinstall of my Windows 10, which also meant my Soda PDF Professional Ver. 8 was again due to reinstall. Only when I ran the installer, the installation stopped at a link it could‘nt find. So I asked the help desk, adding files of prove of purchase some years ago, for help. The lady from the help desk was very kind and offered me a free upgrade to Soda Professional Ver. 12 and a discount for upgrading to Ver. 14. Many thanks! Juergen, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, D

Jake was incredibly patient. He even asked me to send him my file to check to see what they problem was. That is, he took time to listen and really wanted to resolve the problem

Great product for me!
I have had my product for about six months and it has been working great. All the features that I need always work for me; but when I needed to update my product, it stopped working properly and it wouldn't allow me to update. I went to the Soda Support site to the Live chat and Molly easily helped me to download the new update. It's working great now. I really like my product and it is very easy to use.

Great product for me!
