Top notch service

Mia assisted with a billing problem, solved it without a hitch, and gave me an extension on my subscription to boot. Absolutely fantastic. Jake took over with helping me activate my subscription. I had windows popping up all over the place, but he patiently and accurately led me through the "maze" to completion. Outstanding. Both individuals knowledgeable and competent, the way Customer Service should be.

Jake stayed on and helped me get into…

Jake stayed on and helped me get into my software. Patient, helpful, and very clear instructions. I wasn't able to update my software so was advised two weeks ago to delete it and reupload, with a link. However, when I did that, it wanted me to pay for the software again. Sigh. Really, five stars aren't enough! Thanks, Jake. Cherie
