What do you like best about Socure? Responsiveness of their team, scalability of their service. What do you dislike about Socure? There are some technical things I would prefer to be done otherwise. Recommendations to others considering Socure: Everything is simple to do and use. What problems is Socure solving and how is that benefiting you? KYC, benefits are scale and not needing an expert for this kind of work.

What do you like best about Socure? I love that while using Berbix, it automatically flags an ID as fake. I still double-check when it isn't flagged, but when it is, my job is that much easier. The other nice thing about Berbix, is that it automatically tells you if the customer is under 21. Just a very user-friendly application! What do you dislike about Socure? What do you like best about Socure? I really like the ease of using the website and how easy it is to navigate the website and to create new transactions. What do you dislike about Socure? My phone for being so small and I miss the copy button to send to clients. What problems is Socure solving and how is that benefiting you? I have been able to verify my client is real through the application and be able to know who they are and what they look like ahead of time.

What do you like best about Socure? Berbix is very easy to navigate. Its interface is clear and make finding info really simple, a plus when we need to be able to work quickly! What do you like best about Socure? I like the fact that Berbix clearly reports all the flags that a particular ID has. It lets us quickly see if it is something we can work around or we have to deny it. What do you dislike about Socure? It is frustrating that the IDs are only stored for 90 days. There are lots of areas of small fine print throughout the reviewing screens that should be bigger or reviewed altogether. What problems is Socure solving and how is that benefiting you?
