Some inconsistency and dropped webhooks have been reported internally by us. Also the test mode is unclear in the usage of each flag/mode. What do you like best about Socure? I enjoy that Berbix makes it very easy to review license and determine their eligibility. Without Berbix we would be hand reviewing every upload for thousands of customers. What do you dislike about Socure? Berbix does sometime have issues with reading the eligibility requirements and allow a license through that otherwise would not go through. Not a huge issue, but can be an annoyance. "Fast and easy way to validate photo IDs"

What do you like best about Socure? Berbix has an excellent user interface, which makes it easy to use and learn very quickly. It has helped us identify fraudulent applications prior to approval. I like how Berbix tells you exactly why an ID was flagged, so we know what we need to verify. What do you dislike about Socure? "Berbix is great, easy to use, and so helpful!"

What do you like best about Socure? It is very friendly user friendly and the system does a great job at accepting and flagging IDs to assist our team when reviewing IDs. What do you dislike about Socure? The only complaint I have is that the zoom feature makes all the information/picture of the ID blurry and pixelated. What problems is Socure solving and how is that benefiting you? Fraud, Account Takeovers, and verifications of users.
