SocketLabs to the Rescue...
What do you like best? Our emails get delivered. Delivery. Delivery. Delivery. What do you dislike? Nothing... We have set up email sequences from Infusionsoft to go through Socket Labs. Our delivery increased by 5x as much which is as much a negative commentary on Infusionsoft as it is a positive commentary on SocketLabs... SocketLabs - More like AwesomeLabs
What do you like best? Been using Socketlabs for our 650 Customer Portals that serves about 30,000 users, we have a heavy email requirement for them around notices and documents that are posted on to the portals, What is the absolute best is that since we set up socket labs in 2011, we have had very few issues. Awesome for 4 years
What do you like best? Admin interface / support and all round reliability. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike really. THey've always delivered for us. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you need guaranteed SMTP delivery with tracking and great stats - Socketlabs are a no brainer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? SMTP whitelisted delivery for our fast growing SaaS application

What do you like best? SocketLabs has allowed Spectrum to easily integrate the Avaya system voice mail to email feature with any email servce What do you dislike? Nothing that i can think of. The service is easy to deploy and it work! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This allows any email service to work with the Avaya system and can be up and running in 30 minutes.
