Excellent Support and Quick Resolution!
I recently subscribed to Sociocs to send bulk SMS using my Twilio Messaging Service. I ran into aissue where my custom domain for URL shortening wasn’t being applied when sending messages through Sociocs.I reached out to their support team and was incredibly impressed, they responded quickly and activated the feature for me in less than 24 hours! It’s rare to see such responsive and effective customer service.

Allows rapid secure text messaging from my computer or mobile app to patients and also patients can send a copy of the insurance id securely. so easy to use and I was able to get up and running in no time. patient satisfaction has gone up and staff is super happy and much more productive because they are able to chat with multiple patients at once instead of phone calls. No show and cancellation has gone down. one of the best & easy to use patient engagement system I have seen.
