What do you like best about SocialPilot? SocialPilot's customer service has been incredible. When we first began using it, we had a lot of questions, and had a hard time getting a couple of our social media accounts properly tied together. Every time we sent a query to the SocialPilot team, they got back to us quickly with a solution. What do you like best about SocialPilot? Fantastic pricing and a well-put-together tool. I run an agency and it's a great tool for managing our client social accounts. What do you dislike about SocialPilot? Could have a nicer UI, but otherwise all good. What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about SocialPilot? I love the original post feature that allows you to easily optimize posts based on the social media platform's algorithms and hashtag usage/non-usage. What do you like best about SocialPilot? We really like the amount of social accounts you get for the dollar. The set-up is easy peasy. Creating groups and posting to accounts is easy. I like how it lets us make changes to each platform in one spot. Overall a great foundation and GREAT value. What do you dislike about SocialPilot?
