Cost-efficient!

PROS: It's a cost-efficient app that really does its job of easily managing a ton of accounts and campaigns! And for an app with lots of functions, setting up is a piece of cake. CONS: There are times when some accounts get disconnected without notifying us. So there are instances when a scheduled post did not come through.

What do you like best about SocialPilot? It helps me plan my day, week and month. I dont have to worry about dates and times as it schedules it for me What do you dislike about SocialPilot? Ideally it would be great to colour code your social media accounts so you can see which accounts have posts going out that day. My company and our clients love it!

PROS: This app is super functional yet affordable. It's really helpful in content management for both my company and our clients. Definitely recommended to start-up and small-business owners! They have great staff, too! CONS: Email invitations to join the platform are sometimes not being sent out so it's hard to add people. I hope we could share a link with them to let them in. I'd also like to see some improvements on the interface to make it more optimized.

What do you like best about SocialPilot? I like that I can add Google Biz Posts. It is the only place I have found to do that. I like even better the customer service. They not only respond to any questions, they do it super fast. What do you dislike about SocialPilot? This isn't a disklike necessarily.
