"Easy to use"

What do you like best about SocialPilot? It's easy to use and there are a lot of tutorials on how it work. The customer service is quick to respond too !!! What do you dislike about SocialPilot? There is some feature missing, like the gadget for the IG and FB story and the customizing thumbnail for the video on Facebook. What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you? It's easy to put a lot of content on multiple platforms rapidly.

What do you like best about SocialPilot? SocialPilot connects to so many different platforms, and that was something I struggled to find. I appreciate that they aren't specialized in one area, but support many. My team finds it easy to use and I like that I can control what accounts they have access to and I can also approve posts before they are published. What do you dislike about SocialPilot? "Social Pilot is a great value"

What do you like best about SocialPilot? I like that It is easy to save posts for use across multiple channels. What do you dislike about SocialPilot? There is no ability to mass upload media. It must be uploaded one by one. When you save a draft and want to go back to work on another post you must start the process all over again of selecting the business and scrolling down to where you left off rather than being taken there by default once a post is created. What do you like best about SocialPilot? I like the price and options available similar to other platforms. What do you dislike about SocialPilot? Find tagging to be a little tricky and many times it takes longer than it should to get a tagged partner in the post. Also, wish had option to see best time to post for my audience. "Platform with great potential and accuracy in social network management"

What do you like best about SocialPilot? I consider that time from any point of view is of utmost importance, so one of the things that we like most as an organization of the SocialPilot platform is the ease it provides through its tools to administer and manage correctly and effectively all our social networks from one place. What do you like best about SocialPilot? Social Pilot is constantly adding new resources What do you dislike about SocialPilot? Nothing really, just can't wait for additional features that I recommend to be implemented :) What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you? Calendar, multi-posting, client management for social accounts

"Good product, getting better now"

What do you like best about SocialPilot? Managing multiple accounts at once, across a few platforms. It's easy to understand. What do you dislike about SocialPilot? It's a bit glitchy sometimes, we had to delete a few posts that got messed up (carousel on IG) What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you? It gives us the opportunity to post across 30+ accounts at once when we use to manually do it.

"Social Pilot"

What do you like best about SocialPilot? Ease of scheduling and forgetting. It offers many social platforms that one can post to. We found it to be the most cost effective when shopping around for an economical choice. What do you dislike about SocialPilot? Accounts disconnect periodically and while you are notified by email, it doesn't always make it to the right person that is running the campaign. Not sure why the disconnect here.
