What do you like best about SocialPilot? It's easy to learn and use. It works pretty dependably. What do you dislike about SocialPilot? The TikTok integration from the web version of Social Pilot needs work. What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you? We can schedule in advance and not worry about a regular rotation of content on social media.

What do you like best about SocialPilot? The price, the user friendly interface, and that they are always adding new features without always asking for more money. What do you dislike about SocialPilot? They amount of external social channels is great. The only downs are occasional send errors but they help when needed. What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you? Have several clients would be a hassle to manage if not for social pilot doing it all in one place.

What do you like best about SocialPilot? Scheduled posting, variety of accounts to post on, client feedback features. What do you dislike about SocialPilot? Time-based scheduling can get confusing at times but great once you get the hang of it. Advanced reel and story features would also be helpful What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you? Time savings are a big factor. Client management and feedback are also valuable, and this tool allows us to get just that.

What do you like best about SocialPilot? Social Pilot works great, and I love the groups, makes it really easy to post to multiple channels for multiple clients. But even better, they are constantly improving the platform. I like that I get notices for cool upgrades all the time! What do you dislike about SocialPilot? What do you like best about SocialPilot? We love the calendar feature & duplicate post. Calendar is great when scheduling. I love that we can plan out pretty far, we can plan mutiple platforms and it is seemless. I have used other platforms and they disconnect. I have not had this issue with Social Pilot. What do you dislike about SocialPilot? Ideally we could send clients a "proof" of planned content. Like if we could "download" the scheduled posts and send to them vs. them signing in. ...

What do you like best about SocialPilot? I love the ease of scheduling posts across multiple social media channels and the analytics! What do you dislike about SocialPilot? There are many glitches such as accounts getting disconnected. Also there aren't any analytics for my FB groups What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you? Allowing me to schedule ahead of time and get great analytics on some channels

One of the best things are the analytics tools that helps share with my stakeholders how our social media strategy is doing. What do you dislike about SocialPilot? There are a few minor things like using @tags for Facebook where it doesn't show as indicated in the preview. The only things I have ever issue with are the frequent disconnections and errors that happen with Instagram.
