Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish. DONT waste your money. Blocked from instagram, they dont reply to you or your messages. The online chat is ignored. Total waste of money. Have reported them

WASTE OF MONEY.
I had used them in the past and it worked great. Now, Instagram is aware of bots and blocks them. My IG account was almost compromised because of it. I canceled the service and asked for a refund because they said my account would be fine. Never heard anything back. I've sent multiple emails and tried to contact them across various platforms and never heard a word back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Don't trust all the articles that rank SocialCaptain
I'm not even a customer yet and yet I'm receiving dreadful customer experience! My free trial didn't work due to 'errors' and I was promised another free trial. I haven't been given this free trial after weeks of trying. I'm looking at other bots now despite this one being ranked at the top of articles. Starting to believe these rankings are paid for now. After reading the reviews on here, I think I'll stay clear. What a shame!

A lot of YouTube money making advice…
A lot of YouTube money making advice channels are promoting this so a lot of unsuspecting people are getting scammed. All the social networks are aware of the use of bots to manipulate follower and like counts. And they will punish you if you use these bots. The best way to grow your followers is to go and interact with others (follow, like comment & etc). Save yourself money and trouble and stay away from this.

Do not trust your Instagram account to anybody
It is an expensive service for what it really offers. Yes, I had followers, 5 in 4 days (bad). I dropped it because Instagram almost blocked my account for using a service to gain third-party followers. In Social Captain they just told me "don't worry". I asked for a refund which I am still waiting for. Bad experience with them. Do not trust your Instagram account to anyone.

If I had an option to give them…
If I had an option to give them negative stars, I would. Their system works only when you use it for the free trial, and once the payment is done, their system stops working. They just stop responding to your emails or chats. These guys are bunch of losers ripping off money from innocent people trying to grow their Instagram accounts.

This company is a JOKE
This company is a JOKE. They send you all these promo and inspirational emails to sign up. Once you sign up you realize the service doesn't work. They stop emailing you. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
