Worst service ever

Worst service ever. They close over weekends so no customer service. When you have a problem they say it works fine when you can clearly see they are doing nothing with your account. Horrible. Stay away!

Social Captain is a dodgy business

Social Captain is a dodgy business. Once you signup, link your Instagram account and leave your CC details, it's really hard to get out. There's no way to disconnect your Instagram account. The only thing you can do is to stop SC from managing your Insta, however, they don't specify they will keep billing you every month. You won't even receive an email with the invoice. They made it really difficult for you to cancel. Basically, it's a legal scam. You've been warned.

Sigh confusing!!!

Sigh, this service stressed me out so bad. Did anyone get madly confused with their “pause” and “cancel” options on the account? Their customer service people all talked like.. using all these complex terms which just confuses the user more. For one confusion I had with their payment and billing, we went back and fourth almost 10 times over 3-4 weeks to resolve it, each person confusing me more with their explaination. Actually it's not bad service for…

Actually it's not bad service for growth ur IG and I was satisfied until my subscription finished and I decided to continue use it ! So problem was in payment ! I successfully paid for one month more but my account not upgraded and still was on trial! I contact team and told them a problem! They told me that will fix it fast but it took a week and more until it started to annoy myself and I asked for a refund!

unacceptable experience. I did their kind of simulation on their webbsite to get "approximatly" how much follower i could get in 30 days with their service. answer= around +4k followers. After one week i wasn't satisfied because i only got 200 followers. So i contacted them and thought about requesting the money back. Massive issues, would not recommend.

My experience with SocialCaptain goes back a few months. I have written an extensive Medium article on the topic (Google "socialcaptain experience" — it's number 1) and have given the platform several tries. In fact, I was even contacted by the CEO offering me 3 months of Turbo (worth roughly $300) to take the article down, which I declined. Not real organic users and too pricey

Signed up for a month. Got lots of followers, but they were mostly businesses doing the same thing I was. I wanted quality organic followers and it didn't happen. Turned out to be a big nothing burger. Can't believe they charge so much for this service. Save your money and do it yourself or get a cheaper service that will do the same thing.

Dubious, no real follower, no support

SocialCaptain is a dubious platform from the picture book. With the super professional presence and impressive (but not real) statistics, you can quickly get rid of a lot of money. - The filters have no effect. No matter which filters you set according to your target group, they don't work. For example, I have always limited the maximum number of followers to 8,000. Bad platform

I tested the trial version and the platform worked fine. When I paid, the growth was slower. I found some problems, for example: · Some followers are fakes profiles. · The filters configuration is always by default. Don't lose time editing the configuration because the platform changes it every day. It's frustrating! · Bad support: only via chat, for a few hours and without solutions.
