DO NOT SIGN UP WITH SC
There is no way of getting out once you connect your account, there literally has no button to withdraw your account, only the page of paying for plans. POOR customer service, not even poor, there is basically no response even during it's their service hour. I am just on the trial period, NO effect at all shown in my account. Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I was paying for a premium membership and I noticed my growth stopped. I reached out to Social Captain via chat and they said it was because I needed to change my settings weekly. So I devoted a lot of time to doing that and noticed no change. I've had a terrible experience
I've had a terrible experience, which is a shame as it was so unnecessary. SocialCaptain messed up my billing and after 14 days it's still not fixed and I'm still being charged. I've had to chase this up and I'm shut down each time telling me nobody can do anything. There's no way to escalate this, no contact in billing and a lackadaisical attitude to it. Guard you Credit Card details from Social Captain - Until they have a way to remove it
So i'm writing this review to WARN anyone who wants to use Social captain. 1. Their services work as advertised for about two months 2. on the third month i noticed the service dropped from about 500 new followers a month to about 100 3. I signed up because I trusted the reviews and description stating that the system would only do what I asked. I've just had to go and block about 2,500 accounts that were fake, ghost, or spam that had nothing to do with my simple request of automated likes of people that follow the accounts I identified. beware of being shadowbanned
I never write reviews but I had to for this. I’m giving a 3 star review because the two weeks I had this service, I gained almost 300 organic followers that fell into the same category as myself. However as a result, this bot got my account shadow banned. This means that the hashtags i was using, were not showing up on the feed, therefore seriously hurting my engagement/ growth. Social Captain has the WORST customer service EVER
Social Captain has the WORST customer service ever. I had a plan and decided to cancel it the same day that they charged me for the next month. Instead of letting me use it for the month that I paid for, they completely shut down my plan and also took my money. I've been waiting now for 3 weeks to receive my refund and have been reaching out constantly and their excuse is "billing is very busy." This company doesn't care about their customers at all and has no problem taking their money.

Free Trail Misleading
I loved SocialCaptain during the free trail. I liked the software, the results were good, considering I was on "slow", and the help response was good, even very good. Now I suspect they apply extra resources to the trail period, and those users might even go to the top of the help queue for support requests to give a great first impression.
