Not working suddenly and no answers or replies.

The first month was great. Then I started getting messages from Instagram saying I needed to change my password. Social Captain said it was all ok. The second month the followers stopped and despite numerous attempts to contact them I got nothing and then I was locked out of Instagram. I have not heard from Social Captain for over 2 weeks and I have heard of several similar stories recently.

We signed up for Social Captain a little over a week ago. Our account grew, yes, but within 4 days Instagram notified us that we'd been flagged for "inauthentic likes and follows." Social Captain's customer service reassured us that this was a mass message to anyone using a 3rd party and they operated within Instagram's rules. SocialCaptain started off pretty good…

SocialCaptain started off pretty good but then I began receiving numerous messages from Instagram that it looked like I had shared my password with a third party app. SocialCaptain reassured me that they didn't break Instagram's terms but the reality is if they weren't then I wouldn't be getting these messages. They took money out of my account and pretended they didn’t... I was nice to ask for a refund but they kept pushing me off for months... Go else where! Social Captain is a SCAM and doesn’t authentically get you followers.. it’s a LIE.. DO NOT USE SOCIAL CAPTAIN. You have been WARNED... social Captain refund my money.

SocialCaptain is a SCAM

I bought the service 3 days ago. the first day I already had an Instagram alert message. I contacted the support, but no one answered. I changed some settings alone to minimize the service. Even so, I got an instagram warning message again. The only thing SocialCaptain can do for you is to make you lose your instagram account. There is no support, it's an empty box! Pay attention !

They are billing people even after they cancel their subscription!! No reply from their customer service or social media channels. Horrible experience

I was charged twice and after over 2…

I was charged twice and after over 2 weeks customer service not only hasn't solved it but now they are also ignoring my messages where I ask for a total refund because on top of the double billing the service is working terribly. This is unacceptable for any service and especially for those that charge 40$ a month - and in my case I was charged 80! Why do they have a customer service chat if they ignore customers? Speachless

Stay clear until they decide to sort out their customer service issues.

First off, I have never left a review for any company in my entire life. But I guess that I have never come across such a seemingly devious company in my entire life. After seeing some good results during the trial I decided to go straight in for the turbo package (my mistake). When my payment was processing I got a 504 Gateway Time-out screen which admittedly wasn't their fault. I've been using Social Captain for the past 3 months and everything was fine until now. Their "customer support" team does not answer to any of my queries for the past 2+ days now. I've had issues in the past before with them failing to pause my subscription and keep charging me. I loved the service in the beginning but now it just seems that they've gotten off the rails and lost control. THEY ARE TRYING TO TAKE DOWN MY REVIEW! STAY AWAY! Total SCAM. Ignore all positive reviews, probably paid by them. As some others have mentioned, it's impossible to remove your credit card from their system, impossible to totally cancel, once you want out, they will still charged you, even if you don't want out, let's say you had a weekly plan and want to have a monthly plan, they will constantly charged you for BOTH.
