Their service is not working anymore
Their service is not working anymore. I got more than 4 times notifcations from instagram to change passwords on my accounts and also got temp block more than twice. Few months back everything was working great but the last few days nothing works they do not reply to messages at their support chat and their service is completely dead. If you have an active account on them remove it you might loose your account. Instagram is updating many things this period so be careful!

A very slick scam (I fell for it hard)
The first day with Social Captain was amazing! I got like 30 new followers that I thought were organic, and I prepaid for a year (around $350). Each day after that I lost all of the followers incrementally and only picked up one or two new ones. In addition, Social Captains practices alerted Instagram and I was shadow banned - decreasing my reach by 70%. No support, not working and they Keep charging you.
I ve been using social captain for 6 months without any problem and was pretty satisfied. However, since last week, social captain is not working at all and they Keep billing me. It is impossible to reach the support, they don't answer the chat or emails.

Two accounts flagged, SocialCaptain is non-responsive!
I had two accounts with SocialCaptain and BOTH were flagged by Instagram. I tried to reach out to SocialCaptian several times and they never responded to any of my queries. I have asked them to refund my June payment, as I cancelled both accounts, and will update the review if I do receive the refunds. Right now, all I can say is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT.

When we first started using…Poor Customer Service
When we first started using SocialCaptain it was awesome, we even upgraded to the Turbo account (where they promise more customer service access, etc.). However, the service has declined in performance significantly over the past few weeks and after repeated customer service emails and live chats (they do not provide a phone number) we have not gotten one response. Can't cancel - scam
If I could give zero here I would, it's basically a scam because u can't actually cancel! No response from anyone and canceling online doesn't work!!!!

Not working suddenly and no answers or replies.
The first month was great. Then I started getting messages from Instagram saying I needed to change my password. Social Captain said it was all ok. The second month the followers stopped and despite numerous attempts to contact them I got nothing and then I was locked out of Instagram. I have not heard from Social Captain for over 2 weeks and I have heard of several similar stories recently.

Prepare to lose your money and account!
As others have mentioned, no replies to any messages. They say there are 100% Instagram compliant, although I have received warning messages from instagram and forced to changed password. I have asked them about this but no response at all. Everything is paused but the company still taking money! It was an okay service at start (after a few days it drastically slows down and doesn't do much) but now it looks like it was a bad choice.
