Don't Trust SocialCaptain. This company actually uses fake accounts to grow your count, putting your company at risk. It's not worth it. Use instazood or something - does that same thing at a quarter of the cost. Don't let them get your credit card information. They are super helpful and responsive to get you to sign up and then they ghost you after. Flagged for bot use within 2 wks!

Got a notice from Instagram within the first 2wks that my account showed signs of inauthentic use. I attempted to get a refund and they don't do refunds after the first 24 hours because they know your account won't get flagged within the first 24 hours.

Don’t use

Lie about not breaking instagram guidelines and stop answering your messages or requests to cancel. Had to block payments through my bank. Don’t use.

The worst and expensive service i'd…

The worst and expensive service i'd tried, a real SCAM! I lost my time and money trying to see results! Even the support doesn't answer! (I have all the chats and print screens for that nightmare!)

Good in the past but a SCAM now

Used them since January on the slowest plan and have gained over 2000 followers with an average of 3 comments per post. However, I got 10 warnings from Instagram in the past month and they have been very shady about it, saying things like being fully compliant despite Instagram threatening to close my account. I've paused the service 2 weeks ago, but they continued to charge my card and now I have to call my bank to refund. Verdict: AVOID

Very bad experience

I started working with social captain 10th of may. everything seemed great and i had a great growth. But then Instagram asked me 3 times to change my password and 2 times it blocked me out giving me the only option of changing my password or logout. SCAM

Looks slick, but this is a scam. I trusted them, and paid 350 for a year. Got warnings from IG to reset password, socialcaptain asured me they were operating within limits and guidelines of IG. Later my engagement is WAY down. and my following is LOWER than before I started using them. Have tried to contact them for several days to get a refund, but no answer. Stay away!

Can't help thinking it's a sinking ship…

Can't help thinking it's a sinking ship guys, Insta have probably approached them with abridged community guidelines and are rubbing out automation completely. They've realised they have no business model after this, and they've cut support. My experience was; great first month (first part of May) with fab service and communication, then the dreaded password change blocks, then a reassurance that all was okay, further blocks, no service working and then no communication. Paying for no service!

I started using social captain on the 8th May 2019 and the growth pattern looked great however instagram told me to change my password three times from the 28th - 30th May and it now appears my account has stalled. I have not changed any settings and therefore do not believe I have done anything wrong however I have tried using live chat to get support and nobody replies. No customer assistance, service's not working properly but they billed me anyway

Have contacted the customer service a lot of times, still no answer. On their website there's a white box where the live chat should be, and they're not answering my emails. The service is not working properly, but they took my money anyway. Funny how for every negative review, a super positive one pops up only a few hours after.
